eSIMMigo is an eSIM reseller and marketplace. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the underlying telecommunications provider or mobile network operator. Plans are supplied through independent eSIM suppliers, aggregators, APIs, mobile network operators, and roaming partners. Coverage, network access, speed, service quality, IP routing, roaming, activation, and provider restrictions depend on those third parties and the destination. Plan availability and details may change when suppliers update their services.

You must provide accurate and complete order and account information, ensure that your device is unlocked and eSIM-compatible, and install or activate the plan within any deadline shown for that plan. Identity or know-your-customer verification may be required by a supplier, network operator, or applicable law. You must keep QR codes, activation details, account credentials, and connected devices secure and must not share or transfer them except where the plan and applicable provider rules expressly allow it.

You may use an eSIM purchased through eSIMMigo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and the relevant supplier or network rules. You must not use or permit the service to be used for:

• Terrorism, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or financing unlawful activity.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, identity theft, or deceptive communications.
• Cybercrime, unauthorized access, malware, attacks on systems or networks, or interference with network operations.
• Threats, harassment, extortion, trafficking, exploitation, or unlawful content.
• Bypassing identity checks, know-your-customer requirements, security controls, usage restrictions, or other lawful safeguards.
• Any conduct that violates applicable law, infringes another person’s rights, or exposes eSIMMigo or a service provider to legal, regulatory, security, or operational risk.

You are responsible for use of the eSIM after delivery, installation, or activation, including use by anyone who obtains access through your QR code, activation credentials, account, or device. You must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized use and notify us promptly if you suspect compromise. eSIMMigo does not authorize, encourage, direct, or knowingly facilitate unlawful use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, eSIMMigo is not responsible for unlawful acts independently committed by customers or other end users using connectivity obtained through an eSIM purchased through the platform.

eSIMMigo may reject or cancel an unfulfilled order, restrict access to the platform or an account, or prevent future purchases where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, security risk, network misuse, a breach of these Terms, provider requirements, or a valid authority request. A supplier or network operator may independently restrict, suspend, or terminate connectivity under its rules. Where technically and legally available, eSIMMigo may request, coordinate, or implement a service restriction with the relevant provider. We do not promise that we can directly or immediately disconnect every active eSIM. Notice may be provided where legally permitted and reasonably practicable.

We may preserve or disclose account, order, transaction, and service information when required by applicable law, valid legal process, a court or regulatory order, or another legally binding request from a competent authority. Requests are not treated as automatic disclosures and will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Purchasing or using an eSIM does not guarantee anonymity from network providers, operators, regulators, competent authorities, or other recipients legally entitled to information. eSIMMigo does not claim to inspect the content of your communications.

Plans are subject to supplier availability, coverage, capacity, maintenance, local conditions, device settings, and the activation rules shown for the plan. We aim to keep plan details accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular speed or network, or coverage in every location. Nothing in these Terms changes a service commitment expressly stated on a plan page or your non-excludable statutory rights.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, eSIMMigo’s aggregate liability arising from the plan in question is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. eSIMMigo is not responsible for a third-party provider’s independent acts or omissions except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
